  • 20:30 Dinner

Day 2. - 01.October

  •          07:00 – 8:00 Rock Meditation
  •      08:00 – 9:30 Vinyasa Flow
  •      9:30 – 10:30 Breakfast
  •      11:00 – 12:30 Yoga Philosophy Basic
  •      12:30 – 17:00 Lunch and Free Time (Optional Swimming pool time or visiting Monchique)
  •          17:00 Meditation
  •       18:00 – 19:30 Yin Yoga Class
  •       20:00 Dinner

Day 3. - 02.October

  • 07:00 – 8:00 Rock Meditation
  • 08:00 – 9:30 Hatha Based Yoga class
