el Sol – Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any personal and material damages as a result of negligence of the instructions. el Sol – Lifestyle does not take any liability for accidents and accidental damage. Clients have to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance. The provided details on registration form or at any time are correct and complete. Customers are expected to be in good general health and taking part in the activity is within his/her own capabilities. Any injury or illness occurring between the time of the declaration and the commencement of the course must be reported to the instructor. el Sol – Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse a booking on medical grounds if it is considered to be a risk to their safety and smooth running of the course and also reserves the right to change the time or the itinerary of the activity due to weather/ tide conditions. The minimum age is fourteen years of age. For any customer under age of 18 years his/her parent or guardian hereby declares his child mature and liable enough to participate in the activity by signing the registration form. el Sol – Lifestyle does not take over any duty of supervision. Property belonging to the customer is at all times the responsibility of the customer and any provided equipment has to be used carefully and orderly. If other companies are instructed with carrying out additional services, then these companies take over liability for claims in connection with these services.

I hereby release and grant to el Sol – Lifestyle and his or her assigns, licensees, and legal representatives, the irrevocable right to use any photographs of me taken by the Photographer, in all forms and media, whether now existing or not yet created, and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, promotional, political, charitable, education, or any other lawful purposes. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished versions, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I consent to the processing of health data and attest that I have read the data management policy.

COVID 19 Disclaimer

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 and do not hold el Sol – Lifestyle responsible for eventually being exposed or infected. I voluntarily seek services provided by the company and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure even though social distancing has to be practiced all the time.
I attest that:
*I am not experiencing any symptom of illness * I have not been in a close environment to a suspected/ infected person *I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities * I am following all governmental recommended guidelines
