Start your day with a soulful experience designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. We begin at 8:00 with a one-hour Beach Yoga practice by the beach, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and a touch of meditation to ground you in the present moment.
From there, we take a mindful hike along the stunning cliffs of Porto de Mós beach in Lagos. This is not about speed, but about presence — walking with awareness, breathing with intention, and allowing nature’s beauty to guide you into a calmer state of mind.
At the top of the hill, we pause to share a selection of traditional local flavors that capture the essence of the country. While enjoying these tastes, we open space for heartfelt conversations, connecting with one another in an authentic and mindful way. Then we will head back together to the starting point.Â
This special morning flows until around 11:00, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected – both to yourself and to the world around you.
